Shipping policy
Delivery Time
Ready stock orders will be processed and shipped out within 3 days. We will also take into consideration of products availability and will advise accordingly if any delayed in delivery time.
If the order contains pre-order product, we will be shipping together with the ready stock product. Pre-order products will be shipped out once we received from our supplier factory.
Shipping Area
We only ship to areas within Malaysia currently. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service by filling up the inquiry form in contact or ask our customer service via Facebook, Instagram or Wechat. We will check with the courier company and reply you as soon as possible.

Estimate Delivery Time
West Malaysia : 1-3 days
East Malaysia : 1-5 days
*additional days is needed for area out from major cities. Where you can check estimate delivery time base on the tracking number provided. Please note that the delivery time of the courier service are out of our control.
For Any Disputes
We do not entertain any disputes or complain after you received your shipment & past 7 days. Any disputes or complain past during this period is considered invalid.
For Product Notification
We do let customer know via our email on the status of the product that has defects, out of stock or any other situation that may encounter. If customer do not respond with in 30 days period, all the option provided will be consider as void & invalid. For the back order product, it may also subjected for out of stock due to the lack of raw materials. We will notified customer if there is any unforeseen circumstance that we might face by the production team.
