Terms and Conditions
General
1. Rosselle would make amendment or cancel the order if found that the order was purchased in irregular situation.
2. Customer will be notified by email or whatsapp regarding the issue and refund will be proceeded if needed.
3. Rosselle reserves the right to adjust or terminate any promotion offer without prior notice.
4. Order paid amount cannot be altered once an order is created.
Free gift offer
1. Free gift are always in first come first serve basis.
2. All promotions featuring free gift is under terms and condition of its availability is while stock of gift lasts.
3. Please confirm that you do not need to return the order items before using the free gift. Once free gift has been used, no return allowed for the particular order.
4. Rosselle reserves the right to adjust or terminate any free gifts offer without prior notice.
Discount code
1. Discount code is defined as promo code, voucher and auto-generated code.
2. One discounted code is entitled to one order only. Strictly no code could be combined and duplicated code is not allowed.
3. Customer has to manually key in the discount code at check out page before proceed to payment.
Return and Refund
1. We do not entertain any disputes or complain after you received your shipment & past 7 days. Any disputes or complain past during this period is considered invalid.
2. Please make sure your parcel is in a good condition before signing from courier service postman. Customers are required to ask for compensation from the courier service company if the items received are defected.
3. Refund period may vary between 10 and 14 working days.
4. Please contact our customer service if you received any incorrect items.
5. Due to hygiene issues, items that have been opened are not applicable for return and refund.
6. Return order have to be in original packaging and items are not used before.
Pre-order policies
1. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
2. Fulfillment normally takes 8-14 working days from the date of order created. It may takes up to 30 days on peak seasons.
3. No amendment on order is allowed once order is created.
4. Under unforeseen circumstances that Rosselle is unable to obtain certain pre-ordered items, we will notify customer with email to issue refund in cash by bank transaction or store credit by voucher code.
5. For combine order of ready stock and pre-order items, order will be sent out together once pre-order items arrived.
6. Rosselle reserves the rights to terminate or alternate pre-order promotion offer without prior notice.
